外国人実習生について　－Technical Intern Training Program (TITP)－

弊社は、平成28 (2016) 年より団体管理型の外国人技能実習生の受け入れを開始しました。

現在、8期目の実習生を受け入れており、計9名の実習生が日々の業務で、とび作業の技術を身に付けております。

始めの頃は日本語も通じにくく、ご迷惑をおかけすることもありますが、技術習得に日々励んでいますので、ご理解とご協力のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Our cumpany started accepting foreigner technical intern trainee in 2016.
We are currently accepting eight term technical intern trainees, and a total of nine trainees are learning scaffolding technology.
It is difficult to understand Japanese at first and communication is difficult, but they are working hard to acquire technology, so I would like your understanding and cooperation.
