令和1（2019）年9月6日、来る基礎技能検定に向けて、第３期の実習生たちが実技練習を行いました。 現場では先輩職人たちに助けられながら作業を行うことができますが、検定は一人で行わなければなりません。 試験形式での作業を先輩に指導されながら、一からの技術を検定に向けて復習しました。 今までの経験をフルに活かせればきっと合格できることでしょう！ 頑張れ実習生！ ――――――――――　◇　―――――――――― On November 6th 2019, Toward basic technology exam, the 3rd class trainees practiced practical technology skills. on site, can work with help from senior craftsmen. But, The exam must be done alone. We have begun reviewing technology towards exam while being taught by a senior craftman. You can pass if you use your experience so far. Keep it up!

弊社は、平成 28 (2016) 年より団体管理型の外国人技能実習生の受け入れを開始しました。 現在、１５名の特定技能・実習生を受け入れており、日々の業務でとび作業の技術を身に付けております。 始めの頃は日本語も通じにくく、ご迷惑をおかけすることもありますが、技術習得に日々励んでいますので、ご理解とご協力のほど何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。 ――――――――――　◇　―――――――――― Our cumpany started accepting foreigner technical intern trainee in 2016. 平成31（2019）年4月6日、職人たちと一緒に焼き肉を食べに行きました。 日頃は自炊で食事をしている実習生たちも今日は美味しいお肉を沢山食べながら、職人たちとのコミュニケーションを取ったりと、楽しい時間を過ごしました。 今日の食事会を糧に明日からの実習も頑張りましょう！ ――――――――――　◇　―――――――――― On April 6th 2019, I went to eat Yakiniku with my colleagues. Trainees are cook their own meals every day. Today, while eating delicious meat and we took a communivate with the colleagues. It was a very enjoyable time. Let's do our best at the training tomorrow on the basis of today's meal party.

令和元（2019）年5月2日、今日は天気にも恵まれ、清掃日和でした。 前日の雨、風で落ちていた落ち葉やゴミを拾い、寮の周りをきれいにしました。 清掃後、実習生たちもどこか清々しい表情をしていました。 清掃活動、お疲れ様でした！ ――――――――――　◇　―――――――――― On May 2nd 2019, The weather was also fine today and it was a cleaning activity day. I picked up fallen leaves and trash cleaned around the domitory. The trainees after cleaning looked refreshed. Thank you for cleaning work!

令和元（2019）年5月1日、親睦を深めるために実習生たちとランドワンに行きました。 いつもは言葉でのコミュニケーションが難しく、お互いにもどかしさを感じることもありますが、今日はボーリングをはじめ、ビリヤードや卓球などを通して、実習生たちの新らたな一面を見ることができました。 共通するものがあると言葉が通じなくてもコミュニケーションが取れるということを改めて実感した日になりました。 自転車で行動することが多い実習生たちですが、今日はバスに揺られながら寮まで帰宅しました。 ――――――――――　◇　―――――――――― On May 1st 2019, We went to round one with the trainees to deepen relatives. It is difficult to communicate in words, and sometimes frustrated with each other, but today, We were able to see the new side of the trainees through bowling, billiards and table tennis. It became a day when I felt that I could communicate even if I didn't understand the language. They usually move by bicycle, but today they geted on the bus back home to the dorm.
